Josh was my boss at a restaurant we worked at together. I wasn't too fond of him at first, but over the course of a few months, we became really great friends and decided to start a restaurant consulting company together. A few months after that, he found out his wife was cheating on him, and in that time, I realized I was in love with him. The rest is best told over a glass of wine, but there is no doubt in my mind that we can overcome anything.

Eloping in Maui in May 2024, hands down. What started as a much needed and very overdue vacation turned into us getting married on a sea cliff by a man named Fred and his conch shell. We had a wedding already planned in Nashville in October, but once we were in Maui, it felt so right-- so we got a marriage license, a bouquet, I got a dress at a cute boutique, and we said I do. The Nashville wedding turned into our reception, so it worked out. 10/10 would recommend.

$20,000 would mean SO much to us. The past 6 months have been ROUGH, with Josh getting diagnosed with a rare brain tumor (Oligodendroglioma). His medical bills are extraordinary and with me acting as his primary caregiver, it's been very difficult to focus on our business. He finished radiation on June 5th and starts chemo on July 3rd, so we still have a little ways to go. We would use the $20k to pay off some of his medical bills and use a little for IVF to start a family of our own. 🤍
