Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began over 10 years ago in high school—I had the biggest crush on him, but it was a slow burn on his end. Life pulled us apart for a couple years, but fate brought us back. We rekindled as “just friends” not looking for love, but love had other plans. We started spending every day together, falling for each other effortlessly and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Six years later, he’s still my favorite person.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It’s hard to choose just one, because we’ve lived so many lives together—each chapter holds its own magic. From cheesy, romantic dates like horseback riding in our early days, to working side by side at Disney World on the disney college program just one year into our relationship, to waking up in Hawaii together for three unforgettable months, to wandering through Europe hand in hand, and now following our dreams across the country in Southern California.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we’d finally begin the next chapter of our lives we’ve been dreaming about. The only thing that’s kept us from getting married is finances, not love or commitment. We’d also set aside some of the winnings for a future down payment on a home closer to our family. We’re emotionally ready to build our future—we just need the support to make it happen!
