We met while Jeremiah was a young 19yr old in the Army. I was a first year college student. We met through mutual friends by accident one night. At the time we lived 3 hrs apart. Jeremiah spent the next 2 months trying to get a date and one weekend I happened to have off of work so I traveled to his base to go to dinner with him. We both felt that this was the beginning of something special. He deployed 2 weeks later for a 5 month deployment overseas. We fell in love from afar.
