We met back in sixth grade and had our first date at the roller rink. From school dances to prom, we’ve shared every milestone side by side.

John was the new kid at our local elementary school, and the moment he walked in with his curly hair, I fell for him instantly. It started as puppy love, but it quickly grew into something more. We spent our days swimming in the lake, sailing, walking to school hand in hand, going to dances and movies, and, of course, heading to the roller rink. We cherished every moment we had together—it was the beginning of something truly special.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are so many incredible memories, it’s hard to choose just one—but if we had to, two moments stand out above the rest. On January 13, 1992, we welcomed our son Vincent into the world, and on December 7, 1995, our daughter Alyse was born. Out of all the memories we’ve made, nothing compares to those two life-changing days.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d use half to start a college fund for our grandson, investing in his future. With the other half, we’d take our children, their spouses, and our grandchild on a trip to Italy—something we’ve always dreamed of doing but never had the chance to make happen.
