What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory as a couple happened before we were one. We stood hand in hand over Eric’s ashes—grieving, silent, sacred. We weren’t together yet, but something eternal passed between us. In that moment, I felt Eric’s love holding us both. It wasn’t romantic—it was soul-deep. That moment became the seed. We didn’t know it yet, but everything we are now began right there.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d use the $20,000 to start a nonprofit in Eric’s honor, connecting people with alternative recovery options like esketamine therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, medical marijuana, and more. While it’s not enough to open the Eric Andrews Memorial Recovery Home, it’s enough to begin offering real help to those who need nontraditional paths to healing. This would be the first step toward something much greater. We want to rewrite the paradigm of what recovery is and can look like.
