We would like to thank you for supporting Kenya and Cheryl in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We were both college students and we met in the SAC (student activities center). We had mutual friends that introduced us. He walked me to my class and I said why don't you take my number. He insisted on giving me his number to make sure that the connection was real. We talked that night on the phone for over 4 hours. I told him that I was a single mother and even though we were young, there was no hesitation on his part. We had alot in common from our values, future goals and interests.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My family was having a family reunion in st lucia. I was able to share that experience with my hubby and 2 boys at the time. We had so much fun because our phones wouldn't work and we had many new experiences together from being on a beach with black sand to swimming in the middle of the ocean. Carefree island vibes 🏝
What would you do with $20,000?Our dream would be to rent a nice size rv to drive across the country. There are many states we haven't seen and to see family members that we haven't seen in a long time. It would be the perfect way to create new long lasting memories.
