We both work in the hospitality industry. We met at a NJ restaurant called Arooga’s. Debora moved up to NJ (where I live) from Florida with her now ex husband. I was going through a divorce at the time but when we locked eyes it just felt absolutely perfect. Its hard to tell a story in only 500 characters but we started our first year in my sisters living room because of a house fire I had and then survived covid together all in that first year.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Honestly for me it was the year of Covid where we were able to connect on deeper level and get to really know each other.
What would you do with $20,000?Save it for a down payment on a home for us to live together with my mom who lives alone in south Jersey. She’s over 70 now and is 3 together in one home would just make our lives so much easier and maybe we can finally start a family. Our house we rent now is just too expensive and a home just seems more worth than waisting money on rent.
