We met in high school and stayed in contact through college. Although this isn’t a “love at first sight” kind of story it is a soft slow and burning love that developed through high school and beyond.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I (Myrriah) tried to propose to her in the Presidio in San Fransisco after a magical date at our favorite museum. My best friend was there to help set it up and capture the moment, but when I took Katie to the spot she said “you better not propose to me here”as a joke. Terrified and with many hand signals from our best friend, I bailed and retreated. We got engaged a few months later. When Katie found out we laughed about it and in truth Katie had no idea, she just thought it was a cliched spot
What would you do with $20,000?Our passion is camping, Volenteering and helping the community. Outside of bills and treating each other to a very nice dinner, and maybe a camping trip, I’d love to find a way to work with the local community and give back to them.
