We would like to thank you for supporting Kat and Dave in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met online. The first few years were challenging because of some family situations, work and school. We were not able to naturally get to know each other. Most of our interactions were through video chat and the occasional meet up. We were both sure, however, the wait and the hardship would pay off.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We love live music so the hundreds of concerts are definitely highlights. After 16 years together, we were able to exchange vows on a beach in Hawaii. We wept tears of joy and released all the hardship and hurdles that stood in our way for many years.
What would you do with $20,000?We dream of retiring to Hawaii and possibly start a small business.
