My husband was dared by his firehouse buddies to place a personal ad in the local newspaper, and I answered the ad! Now we are 25+ years into this life that we have created. We are very thankful and blessed for everything that we have.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There have been so many over the years- a few years ago, we went on a cruise with all three of our children - this was great to share together because of all of our busy schedules. Anytime that our family (blood and not) is together, we make memories and there is lots and lots of laughter! Our group of friends at Veranda Preserve in FL is the best group of humans that we have ever met! We love and care for them all, and we could not imagine "maturing" in life with another Plumeria Family.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would give us a nest egg to help with regular life expenses. We would like to plan another family trip if possible, and a trip for just the two of us. The money would be helpful, of course, but it is also important for young people to see the love and communication, and hard work that goes into growing a marriage of 20+ years; to see that "yes," a life partner is possible if you work at it!
