Our love story began Feb 13, 2021, at Prairie View A&M during a campus ministry event. DeVaughn was cooking, I was on a Q&A panel, and he was drawn to my words. The next day, we hung out for his birthday, got snowed in, and spent unexpected time together. A late-night walk in March deepened our bond. On March 12, he asked me to be his girlfriend. Four years later, he proposed. We marry March 12, 2026 our forever date.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory as a couple was when we went to Austin out the blue. We dropped everything and just went no questions asked. Went to a museum that displayed illusions and even hung out with one of our friends and just explored all of Austin. Best part about it we didn’t schedule it we just booked a hotel and headed there.
What would you do with $20,000?What we would do with the $20,000 is actually put more money into our wedding. We have had trouble wanting to invite more people but run into the fact that we have to keep it at 100 to be able to pay for other things that involve the wedding. So this money would solve every problem we have and really solidify everything we have to pay for, for our wedding.
