Our love story began when we both decided to give love another try and create a profile on a dating app. Brett swiped showing his interest in me, but I didn't immediately return the swipe. Two months later, after a lot going on in my personal life, I decided to swipe and see if he was still interested. We went on our first date amid my cancer health scare and have been there for each other ever since. The amount of respect and love we have for each other is what holds us together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Every adventure we have is a favorite. When you are told you have cancer, you see life differently. Every day is a gift and you live your life passionately. From day trips to weekends away, every day spent together is better than the previous one.
What would you do with $20,000?Knowing there is a wedding in our future, we would probably use some of the money for our honeymoon, but the rest would go to savings. I will have just recently graduated with my Doctorate degree, and the extra money will come in handy when we eventually decide to purchase our first home.
