Connect How did your love story begin?

Re- connecting- after 40 years of friendship. Every year our grade school has a Carnival. Each year Pete and I would meet there for alumni nite. Having been single for 6 years, I told clients,”I’ll need to find someone who knows me and gets me and my life “. That nite at the carnival Pete asked me to dinner, and we have been together ever since . We laugh & love & laugh a lot!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Since we have been friends for 42 years, we have spent weekends visiting friends he stayed connected with, and friends I stayed connected with. I have 4 Sons that had heard about Petey in my stories. When they met, it was instant friendship between all of them. That was HUGE FOR ME! I was looking for a soul mate, but my boys were part of that search! Lol Petey and I are FRIENDS who fell In love. We hang together and share our families while navigating our Future together.

What would you do with $20,000?

Since finally finding love and happiness, we have merged our homes together. Petey had his own house and I was living with family. We are currently in Petey’s house. If we won 20k, I believe finding a home that fits US as a family, would be how we would spend the 20k. A home to grow our family. We are also talking about planning a wedding/celebration. So a small portion could be used for that too. Imagine so many close friends we have had since 3rd Grade, all celebrating our Love/friendship❤️
