How did your love story begin?

I was a bellydancer at an Indian restaurant. Tim had just moved here from Texas and ran into the bartender who worked at the restaurant. He knew him from his hometown of North Dakota & hadn’t seen him in many years.He invited Tim to to come in. Tim was sitting at the bar, I was on a break. Tim said he saw me talking with my hands & out of the corner of his eye he thought that’s the most beautiful hand I’ve ever seen. We shook hands & he had a premonition that we were going to be married…….

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We used to go to a B&B in Dulzura Ca for a weekend once a month. It was a magical place & we became friends with the owners. We were eventually married there, my dog was the ring bearer and our friends and family came & stayed for the weekend. I walked down the aisle to Ravel’s Bolero & we walked back to 2001 space Odyssey. Amazing memory! This place was a country/victorian farm. 28 guests attended a very stress free, fun, weekend. Tim is so kind & good hearted. He’s the love of my life.

What would you do with $20,000?

We board dogs & provide doggie daycare out of our home…. very large yard. We would put the money towards building a building in our yard for the dogs and staff so we can have our house back. We also need to re-do the rooms the dogs have been in. This would be a way for us to keep the business & semi retire. We love all the dogs so much. They are safe & happy with us. Most of them come here for their entire lives. 💕🐾
