Our love story began when we were just 14 years old, but if you ask my husband, he would tell you it started much earlier, back in 5th grade.He remembers seeing me in a purple trench coat,the only girl in the whole school wearing makeup.He thought to himself, "Who is that girl?she's going to be my wife."Coming from a broken home and having moved around a lot,my life was constantly shifting.We reconnected briefly in 7th grade,but kept him in the "friend zone."Life moved us apart again....
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory as a couple is sharing our testimony. I filed for divorce twice,but a 12 week marriage class changed everything. I joined hoping God would release me,but one morning,as we did homework,the bible flipped its pages.At the table,it parted in the middle, as I looked down."God Hates Divorce"popped out from the bible in 3D.Through tears,I said Lord,I don't love him,but I surrender. God healed our marriage supernaturally.
What would you do with $20,000?With 20,000 we will continue serving the family mountain as National Leaders with 2equal1.US. The ministry God used to save our marriage. We teach hurting couples in our home through the 12 week class.Were establishing our own ministry and tax ID,writing a book,and preparing for more.We believe God is calling us to do greater things for marriages and will follow His voice as we serve His Kingdom.
