I met JT through his mom after his ski injury. I was originally hired to help him with his care now that he is a paraplegic but quickly fell in love with him. I had to tell his mom I couldn’t “work” for them anymore and she didn’t understand why but JT took the hint instantly and he luckily felt the same way. We started hanging out more after and realizing we have a lot in common and a lot of the same interests. He then asked me out shortly after. We have been inseparable ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?JT’s favorite memory is him taking me to Niagara on the lake in Canada for our first trip together and my first time in Canada. Mine would be going to Miami together for the first time to learn all about spinal cord injury to better help JT.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the $20,000 towards our future wedding and honeymoon. We also love to travel. We don’t let his injury stop us and like to learn how to adapt to traveling as couple with someone who is a paraplegic.
