We met in an AOL chat room in Dec 98, married in 03. We prefer each others company to just about anyone else’s.
We would like to thank you for supporting Josh and Kimmie in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We started talking in the OKC chat room on AOL in December 1998. He worked as tech support for AOL and I was a Sr in highschool. Met in person for our first date in Feb 1999 to go see a movie. We went to play pool after that. We took his car which smelled terrible. He had hit a skunk earlier that day and tried to cover up the smell with vanilla air freshener. I still can’t stand vanilla scents to this day. I wound up dragging him to my prom in May of that year he was 21, I was 18.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? One of my favorite memories is moving to Park City, UT with him in 2002. He was just out of college and his work was moving him to Chicago or Park City. He chose Park City and away we went. We didn’t know anyone, neither of us had ever been there. It was just us. If we got mad at each other, it didn’t matter. We had to work it out. We leaned on each other , supported one another and learned together. We’ve had many adventures together with many many more to come.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were to win, the money would probably go toward a mini late honeymoon. And then we would use the rest to help pay for our son’s college tuition.
