We were friends for a few years before slowly realizing that we were meant for each other… despite the distance. We were meant to be.

I moved from central Florida to east Tennessee with a previous partner, we met at work. He was quiet and I was shy, but once we got used to each other we realized that we had the same strange sense of humor. After I moved back home, we stayed in touch and became close friends. After a few failed connections on both of our ends, and the repeated “you deserve better”… we realized that maybe, the “better” that we sought would be in each other. We’ve been happily doing long distance ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Definitely our first date. It was our first time seeing each other since I had moved, so almost 4 years had passed. We went up to Nashville for the Twenty One Pilots: The Clancy Tour. So together we got to experience our 1st time meeting in person while dating, 1st road trip, 1st date, 1st concert, 1st kiss. All in one day! We were so comfortable together, someone asked if we were the couple that got engaged during the show. So now we have a long running joke that we got engaged on our 1st date!
What would you do with $20,000?We both would be able to pay off our debts so that we can start investing in our future. We’d love to have enough to be able to move in together, maybe go back to school, invest in a small business, the possibilities are endless. As long as I get to use it with him I’ll be happy.
