We met shortly after college, serving at Chili’s together. We had an instant connection & I (Rebecca) made it no secret that I wouldn’t mind being more than friends. John reciprocated my feelings but to my great dismay, ultimately rejected my advances as he was just getting out of a serious relationship and “wasn’t ready” to date. He earned my respect and while liking him even more at that point, I moved on to the next guy and we eventually both left the restaurant and our story was paused.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Finding each other again, after many years and some crazy life experiences, to pick up where we left off! Hearing each other’s versions of what happened in the Chili’s days and bonding over what life handed us the past 15 years, falling deeply in love and still doing so more and more each day.
What would you do with $20,000?Combing families has us now with 3 precious and growing children and we need more space! The $20,000 would definitely help with a down payment on a bigger home where we could settle down and grow old together.
