How did your love story begin?

It began at 14 yrs old for me. His brother was going out with my friends aunt. Cliche to say that when you know you know but I KNEW. At that time, he didn't even acknowledge my existence. I was not his type. He always went for older girls. I actually took a picture of John without his knowledge. I kept it on a photo album cover and always compared boys to him. Did they compare to John? No? Move on. Then at 21 years old, my same friend was going out with John's friend. We met again. Meant to be.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We always said our connection was strong. One example is when John rode his motorcycle on a rainy day to do some continuing education for his license as a real estate appraiser. We were suppose to meet by 2pm. 4pm rolls around and he was not back. It was 1992 & we didn't have cell phones to call each other. I FELT in my heart something was wrong. I called every hospital from his school to his home (52), luckily by the 4th hospital, ER told me he was admitted. I knew before ER was able to call me

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take our family (5 kids... 24 yr old, boy/girl twins that are 21 yrs old & 2 English bull dogs) on his dream vacation to bora bora. John works so hard for all of us. All 3 kids went to private schools & private colleges. He works 6 and sometimes 7 days a week. I would like him to just exhale.
