Connect How did your love story begin?

Our story starts with two hearts broken weathering a bad storm of betrayal from a time before…both hearts wondering if love and trust could be possible again. One night our eyes met in such an unconventional way! As I made my way to the checkout after shopping, I heard a voice behind me “ma'am I do believe you cut ,I apologized for my rudeness. He had asked if he could buy me a Coke! didn't argue it was the nicest thing anyone had done for me lately. His # was on it with a cute message.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

There are so many but the most beautiful was our wedding night. We were saving up to purchase our new home together and we got married at a Haunted House attraction on my birthday that is actually Halloween. It was the most fun you could have!! We always talk about how it was so amazing but the fact I finally had his last name was so emotional for me. All the joy just couldn't be contained that day.

What would you do with $20,000?

Three years after we were married I fell ill and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This made life very difficult for a new couple starting out. My husband is a truck driver and takes extra work so I can be comfortable. It is tough but the love and care he has for me is beyond anything in this world. He makes life easy for me even if it isn't for him 🥺 so if we did win he could relax a bit. I'm sure it would pay down some of our debt!!!!
