I was working on starting a non profit in Minneapolis to help people struggling during COVID and met Joe as a potential board member, but we fell in love almost instantly as we bonded over silly movie quotes, poker, and margarita pizza. We became completely inseparable! I will never forget saying “I love you” while watching a meteor shower in the middle of a lake, like a real life romance novel!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Travelling to Morocco and Spain for our honeymoon with only a couple of backpacks! We absolutely love adventuring together and learning about different cultures. We had so much fun meeting people from all over the world.
What would you do with $20,000?We are trying to start a family. We’ve worked really hard to build what we have to finally be ready to welcome a baby into our lives. While I’m glad we waited until we were ready, there are some added risks with being older and this money would help us with anticipated medical needs.
