We’ve been married 8 years, off and on for 25 years. We have never had a fight because we talk everything out.

We dated in high school, fell apart and after a few bad relationships we got back together. We met in the band in high school and he was the only person who told me that my weight never mattered. For a teenage girl that meant the world to me. My husband is the sweetest guy alive and tries to show me every day that chivalry is not dead by pulling out my chair, opening doors and seeing that I’m taken care of before him. He gets compliments by friends and strangers when they see his actions.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We recently celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary with a trip overseas. We’ve talked about a trip to Ireland for years and we finally got to go. We’re already talking about going back and spending more time seeing the country.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d pay off some debt, put a down payment on a new car or plan our return trip to Ireland. We just bought our first house and we have some projects to pay for and this could also go a long way to upgrading our kitchen.
