Began in 1965 on blind date. I had broken up with my girl friend & Jo Ann had broken up with her boy friend. We went to get hamburger & went to movie & took her back to her Dorm. I was older & working & she was a Senior in business school! We were different and I liked that & I guess she like it too.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?On our honeymoon trip to beach, a State Trooper stop me for doing 55 in 60 zone & charged me $35 fine -cash! Now, this was in 1966. Once we arrived at our hotel, the night manager congratulated us & gave us a bottle of champagne. My beautiful Christian wife made me dump it in toilet!
What would you do with $20,000?On our 60th anniversary next year, would like to fly to NY & take cruise up the coast & visit the coastal towns & stay at an Inn go into Nova Scotia! Would probably save the rest for a rainy day.
