Our first day was on a park bench overlooking the waters of the Gulf Of Mexico. We walked to a pub on the water for lunch and a beer. We were complete opposites, and quickly discovered that’s what we needed. Holding hands by the end of lunch, talking all night later. Best friends from the beginning. We took it slow, letting that friendship grow into the strongest bond I’ve ever had with a person.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Her Dad had a medical emergency across the country and she had to fly out to help him. Her step mom had insisted he not know about me, but we were already engaged. After two weeks, she calls to tell me he had noticed her ring. I asked her “What did he say?” Her response, “Why isn’t he here so I can meet him?” I was on the 6:30 am flight the next morning! It was a wonderful visit, and she and her Dad took us to some wonderful places in California for two weeks. I will never forget that.
What would you do with $20,000?My wife is an American born Greek. I have never been. And we did not take a proper honeymoon when we got married last October. So I would utilize the money for a month-long delayed Honeymoon with her.
