For us, it was literally love at first site. We both worked for our local Air Medical Services company. Jim as Critical Care Paramedic, and Cheryl as a Communications Specialist. Jim showed up on his first day of training rocking a sexy 80's style mullet that would drive any girl crazy! Cheryl batted her blue eyes at him, and well...the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have so many memories it is hard to list just one as our favorite. Jim is a transplant patient, and we know we are never guaranteed tomorrow, so we try to make every day a lasting memory. With that being said, we must admit that it was Jim's mixed up words in our wedding vows that is by far the funniest, when he proudly proclaimed " With this Wing, I do Red." Clearly he was nervous during the ceremony!!
What would you do with $20,000?We run a 501c3 non profit ministry that does work in Honduras. We are in need of a van or bus as well as continued work on our Feeding Kitchens, so the majority of this money would go towards that, then we would support our local First Responders Group that Jim is a part of.
