You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
He moved from Boston to my hometown in 6th grade and was my first boyfriend, kiss, and everything past that. Many dramatic breakups through middle school & one big one in high school. Then we kept reconnecting over the years. I finally left a very bad relationship & reached out. He invited me to his Halloween party in 2008 and I kind of never left. I told my mom when I was 14 I was going to marry him & finally did when I was 35.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Definitely going to the Montreal Jazz fest a few times and experiencing all the different types of music. Music is a big part of our lives and dancing together is my favorite thing. Now it’s more in our kitchen than at shows, but I love when our kids come grab our legs and hug us when they notice. It’s special to us that they see and know that we love each other.
What would you do with $20,000?I was 6 months pregnant when we bought our house and it is old. It has needed & still needs a lot of work. We also have a lot of other water issues & need new drainage, siding & to remove a fireplace that is compromising part of our roof. Our deck needs to be redone also. The list seems to be never ending! This would be such a massive help to our family and are so grateful to be considered!
