When Chris and I first met, we were both at rock bottom in our lives. As embarrassing as it is, we met in a homeless shelter. The moment we locked eyes, our souls connected. From then on, we’ve been by each other’s side. We built our lives up from the bottom, and through the last 10 years we have created a very strong family unit. We have an 8 year old son that is the most amazing, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent individual you will ever meet. We are love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Definitely the birth of our son. That moment in our lives forever connected us, but it also motivated us to be the best parents and people that we could possibly be. That little boy is the reason I went through college and got my degree. The reason we learned to always use open and honest communication with each other. The reason we live like we do.
What would you do with $20,000?With that kind of money we can put a down payment on a house and a vehicle. We can provide solid stability for our son and for ourselves.
