Ben and I hold nothing back when it comes to loving each other. We encourage and support one another fully and live to make each other smile

We started off friends, progressed to bandmates, and became best friends before eventually realizing we couldn’t ignore our mutual admiration and compatibility any longer. We met at the Manhattan School of Music where Ben was studying jazz bass and I jazz piano. Ben was in another relationship at the outset of our friendship. It wasn’t going well and I was frequently asked to give advice. Although things stayed platonic until well after they broke up, we were always each other’s comfort person
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our engagement. We started off the day on a radio show promoting our band (ironically called) FRIENDSHIP. After, Ben whisked us off to the aquarium, then a seafood dinner. We laughed over how twisted it was to go from looking at fish in tanks to eating them. Then we hopped on the Coney Island Ferris wheel. Before I knew it, Ben was getting on both knees - not just one - because space was so cramped. My last thought was how special I am to get an extra knee before I burst into tears of joy.
What would you do with $20,000?I (Jenny) would put a portion of it towards the pursuit of a DMA. Another portion will be invested into our music careers (funding albums, gig promotions, etc.). A final portion will go towards travel and food experiences — our favorite thing to do as a couple is explore new places and try cuisines of different cultures — and maybe some couple’s dance classes.
