We were the “involved at school” parents. We got to see how the other treated their own kids and how their kids treated them. We shared the same feelings of balancing the rediscovery of ourselves and the right fit of another person in our life and our children’s lives.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Taking the time to discover who we were for each other without putting the pressure on our children to “accept” another parent figure they may or may not care for. AND getting married in New Orleans by a voodoo priestess (it’s legit!).
What would you do with $20,000?Take a true honeymoon! Neither of us has had one despite each having a previous marriage. An international trip would the first for us! Our dream is to walk on old European streets, stopping in small cafes for a bite and a drink with music playing somewhere in the background! It’s bucket list stuff!
