On Craigslist! Crazy, yes we know. We both were in the "looking for friends" section, both recently out of relationships. We wanted the company without commitment. Of course it didn't hurt that he was fresh in his IT career and I was a single mom and college student at the time who needed her PC fixed. What started as emails back and forth soon transitioned to telephone calls. There was an instant chemistry and before we both knew it, we were falling for each other quicker than we imagined.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our 15 year anniversary last year, we took our first cruise together. The backstory to that is in the beginning of our marriage, we tried to take a cruise. Financial obligations got in the way, and it fell through. Life moved on, we had 2 more children and cruising kind of fell to the background. So it was a beautiful experience to celebrate 15 years of marriage by taking our first cruise together. It was magical and something we will never forget!
What would you do with $20,000?Put the down payment on our home that we're currently trying to buy, it would be our first home and take our family to Japan which has been a goal of ours to celebrate our son's upcoming senior graduation from high school.
