When we met the time was not right for us. He was married and I was young. We have found each other again.. 11 years later
We would like to thank you for supporting James & Rye in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
James was married to my old best friends cousin. We both had feelings for each other then but never said or acted on them. Fast forward to 11 years and we found each other again after brutal heart breaks, lots of emotional trauma and 2 divorces. We found each other again when we needed each other most and now our love thrives! We have learned what it is like to have a partner who cares about you and puts you first.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Every day with him is a favorite memory. However there was a time we were having a NYE party and we were playing a game and it was girls vs girls. Well I didn’t have another girl to play with so here comes James walking in wearing a blonde wig from Halloween and his shirt tied like a bra and he said “let’s go girls” and we kicked butt.
What would you do with $20,000?Help our family. They have made so many sacrifices for us so we would want to help give back! Also to be able to finally move to a new home in another town. Grand Junction is wonderful but it is filled with hard memories of our past and we wish to break free and allow our love to grow somewhere new and fresh!
