I moved to NJ from NC in 2016 to start work at a country club, Jake was returning from college, when he came back for the job I had applied for in BOH, so instead, I took a FOH position. Soon we began talking as friends and we would go out and play pokemonGo and eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. Throughout our time together we found out that we went to the same university, had the same friend groups, went to the same parties but had never met until work. We've been inseperable since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Thinking of our favorite memories, we go back to Winter 2020; 2 months before Covid shut the world down. We were in Park City, UT for 2 months. We were working at a skii resort, living, eating and enjoying all the amenities on our days off at the resort. Jake skiing for the first time, our first time getting altitude sickness, swimming in a heated pool at 1am and staring up at the night sky while it poured snow and we gained so many great professional and personal relationships too.
What would you do with $20,000?We would pay off the rest of our debt so we could afford to get married and then try to start a family.
