We are complete opposites, but that’s why it works. We’ve both grown into ourselves and came together once we figured ourselves out.

Facebook messenger. We argue who friended who first. But we went to elementary, middle, high school, and college together but were never friends. Our town was 900 people. We connected once I moved out of Iowa to Colorado. We had an idea of who each other were but got to know how we grew and changed and fell in love and started fresh in Denver
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We’ve had tons of great memories but the ones that stand out are the challenging times when we stuck together. We’ve been broke and struggling, we had to put down our animal, we’ve had times when things looked bleak but we’re always side by side.
What would you do with $20,000?I would surprise her with an opportunity for her to pursue her dream as an author. She’s amazingly talented but some opportunities are hard to come by, and this would give her a better chance to pursue that dream. And we’d spoil our animals
