The stars collided when we met! So many variables came into play and our love story very well could not have happened.

We were both living in separate cities-J in Phoenix, AZ and H in Cedar Rapids, IA. We were both on business trips in Minneapolis, MN in December of 2015. I, H, was staying at the Foshay in downtown and J was at the Marquette which is a few blocks away from the Foshay. J had noticed me (H) chatting with people at the bar while having an after dinner drink with clients. After going back to his hotel, he couldn’t get me out of his head and came back to find me and introduce himself.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?First would have to be our first date. My children and beautiful granddaughter surprised me (us) which most men would have been annoyed and left. J loved every minute of it and invited the kids to dinner with us. They, of course, wanted us to go alone but he insisted. Dinner was wonderful and the conversation never stopped. Instead of turning away, we both embraced the situation and the spark became even bigger.
What would you do with $20,000?We would plan a love celebration and bring family and friends along for the party!
