Connect How did your love story begin?

Some say dating app, but I say fate. I moved to Austin mid COVID and got on Hinge to find work. I matched with Charles. He mentioned a work event. I deleted the app by accident. He thought I ghosted. Months later post COVID, I went to this work event, totally forgetting why. He saw me and yelled "I have your pictures in my phone!" Room looked at us. We hugged and I felt sparks in my bones. I told my girlfriend that night I'll marry him. But I had to chase him... he thought I ghosted him.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

When he proposes to me, on top of the Alps! Before almost passing out due to altitude sickness. The crowd cheered for us. Not for his passing out. But for me saying yes. That wasn't the first time he proposed. I just love it so darn much that I asked him to propose to me in most epic places in the world. We've done about 10 so far. But my favorite was when he got on one knee right next to a cliff on top of the Alps. I'm afraid of heights and I was scared to death. I said yes and the crowd cheers

Invest in our Couples Travel & Connect businesses! We live such a fun marriage that friends ask us what we do to get there, and one of the biggest for us is to travel & connect. Monthly weekend getaways. Quarterly staycations. Yearly honeymoon-level trips. We managed to do all of them using credit card points, and we help other couples do the same.
