He pulled up to a kid's end-of-summer party rolling coal in his big lifted Ford with a lawn chair in 1 hand and a cooler full of beer in the other. I was not impressed. I went to throw a teenager in the blow-up pool, playfully, and slipped in the mud, covering my long white summer dress. Everyone gasped. He sat back eager to see how I would react. I stood up, laughed, shrugged and said "Well, there's nothing I can do about it now, get the hose." He says that is when he knew he wanted to date me.

He made his mark on me fairly early on in our relationship. We walked to my house after a night on the town. He was relieving himself while I was brushing my teeth. We were so in the moment laughing, he forgot what he was doing and turned mid-stream, peeing all over me and my bathroom. There have only been 2 times in this man's life when he was speechless...
