Connect How did your love story begin?

We met on an online dating app. We were both scared and unsure of who we would find. We stumbled across each other and immediately there was a spark. We started off as just friends, but I couldn’t help but fall for the charming and kind person she was. Every conversation would last hours when we would FaceTime, call or text. We ended up going on a first date and immediately knew this was it. For us, we understand online meeting is different than in person. But it felt authentic and real.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our first trip that we took together. We saved and planned to go to San Antonio where we went to Six Flags, an aquarium, and the riverwalk. We love this trip as we experienced so many new things together and got closer as a couple. For a first trip, it was simple, cute and one of our favorite moments together. It wasn’t something big and grand, but even something as small as this was enough, especially with one another.

What would you do with $20,000?

We are two college students who live in a small apartment together. With this money we would save it for when we graduate to get a place together and focus on building a career. We want to build a future together and it would help us start that with one another. Even if we don’t win, which is okay, regardless we’d want to save to build a life with one another as we have similar goals and paths!
