We met by complete chance outside a Trader Joe’s! I almost didn’t grab groceries and he was working to get donations for a charity. As I tried to dodge them in the parking lot he caught my eye and in his thick Brazilian accent “hey you miss beauty in the doc martens! Don’t think we don’t see you trying to hide! Come talk to me” it ended with me donating and getting a date 😂 he took a picture and said “so we can show our future kids” oh how little did we know!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We got married on a whim, his visa to stay in the US was running out and one day we looked at each other and just decided to take 1 day off, rent a Porsche, drove from LA to Vegas, and got married in a drive thru right in the car with our dog as our witness!
What would you do with $20,000?It’s been a long process to get our green cards in each others countries both being denied reentry at one point in each. It’s lengthy, expensive, and involves a lot of money. While he just got his tourist visa (yay!) we still need financial help to invest in the process (application fees, lawyers, flights etc) so we can get his green card so we can move back and live in the US again! ❤️
