It truly began one summer that I was home to work an internship for my undergrad. Rod and I met at his brother’s home and we hung out all summer and I was smitten with him but he was engaged to his second wife so he was completely off limits. Fast forward a few years and it’s Christmas 1994. I ran into Rod and he remembered me. We talked and his wife had passed away a few years prior to our second meeting. I knew that night that I would marry him. He knew a week later that he wanted to marry me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our first time together sitting in his pickup in front of my mom and dad’s house talking until 3am when his dad called to see if he was ok. I knew that night I wanted to marry him.
What would you do with $20,000?I would like to arrange a family trip to Disney Land.
