Nearly 20 years ago, I wished to meet my childhood crush, Luigi, by tossing a coin in a fountain. Now, I finally found him! While visiting Arizona for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2023, I was instantly charmed by a boy in a Luigi costume while I was dressed as Princess Daisy. I posted a photo of us and it immediately went viral, and ever since, the internet has been supportive and loving of us and our cosplay adventures! We collaborated on an art piece shortly after and grew close through that!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We visited Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood together...while dressed as Luigi and Princess Daisy, of course! Pure joy, whimsy, and wonder filled our hearts all day as we explored the Mushroom Kingdom, hand-in-hand, smiling so much that our cheeks hurt by the end of the day.
What would you do with $20,000?First, we would donate a portion of it to The Trevor Project, as the work they do is very close to our hearts. Second, we would save a majority of it for a down payment on a future house. Last, we'd use a little bit to visit Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan in honor of our favorite memory together (so far)!
