We have a wild story. We’ve been together for 15 years now. Through trials and tribulations we’ve made it work and stay madly in love.

It began with a magical MySpace message. After many missed connections and failed date attempts we ran into each other at a bar and have been hanging out ever since. We stayed the night together that first night and talked till the sun came up (no funny stuff, ok a little funny stuff). I was leaving for tour with my band at the time right after we met and she came to my first couple shows to surprise me. We were watching fireworks after a show on the 4th of July when I asked her to be mine.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I0 years ago at Riot Fest (a punk rock music festival in Chicago) he proposed to me at the top of the carny Ferris Wheel as Iggy Pop came on stage. Iggy went right into “Now I Wanna be your Dog” which was perfect since I’m a dog trainer. Of course I said yes and after the festival he whisked me out to a pretty hilarious limo (it had to be from the 80s-think Madonna video, pink bows, that was the vibe) we were off for oysters and champagne at one of his friend’s restaurants. It was perfect!
What would you do with $20,000?We would catch up on debt and use the rest to invest in my wife’s dog training business. We live in the city and only have so much space to accommodate our four-legged friends. Our dream is to open a facility/kennel large enough for boarding and daycare with some land for the doggies to run free!
