We are literally two silly goose peas in a pod. We choose each other everyday and are preparing to make that vow for the rest of our lives.
We would like to thank you for supporting Hannah and Ben in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Our love story began genuinely due to the butterfly effect. Ben had just moved back to the US from Japan and started playing video games with old friends. Hannah decided to purchase a bunch of gaming/streaming equipment to start a new hobby. Hannah played with a new friend she found through TikTok and that friend ended up being Ben’s friend he was playing with. The rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our best memories are the ones that we share doing the things we love like building Lego sets, playing video or board games, and going to breweries. Our favorite memory is our engagement. It was the perfect surprise for Hannah at a gorgeous craft brewery (something we love) with some of our favorite people there to celebrate with us.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the $20,000 towards our wedding, home and student loan fund. We are currently planning a wedding set for October 2026 while also trying to save to purchase a home. Unfortunately student loans (>$200k) are significantly getting in the way of both, especially a home loan. The $20,000 would help tremendously towards a down payment and allow us to kickstart our future and family.
