We joined a professional dance company in the same season, and somehow got picked to collaborate in creating a section for a piece. 4 years later, during our last show with that company, we got engaged onstage; in front of a packed audience and the members of that company that had become family in the curtains.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One that sticks out immediately is our first wedding anniversary. I put on my wedding dress, and he put on his suit for the first time since our big day. In our wedding attire, we pulled out the top tier of our cake that we had placed in the freezer a year prior. Surprisingly still delicious as ever! Eating our red velvet cake and reminiscing over the past 365 days was such a sweet way to celebrate reaching our first year as a married couple.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put a chunk towards paying off debt (exciting I know), and then putting the rest toward saving for our first home.
