We met when we were 18 and 19 and have been together for the past five years. We just got a puppy together We are each others best friends.

I (Haley) moved to the same state Joshua was living in for college. For our first date we went to dinner. After that date we wanted to spend every weekend together. At the time, he lived 30 minutes away from my college and we were both broke. For the first year dates consisted on driving around in his car, watching movies, and sneaking him into my dining hall for dinner. The following years we navigated more long distance, Covid-19, and juggling classes to see each other.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The first time we went to Disney together. One of the first things we bonded over was our love of Disney. We saved as much money we could for a year and went to Disney. It was our first big trip as a couple.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it as a down payment for a future house. We are looking to move and go back to school to further our education in the next few years.
