We have been together since I first caught his eye in 1979 and now although he has Alzheimer’s we are still enjoying life together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Hiking to the volcano in the island of Stromboli with our then 9 year-old son. It was a scary adventure of someone like me who is afraid of heights, and my husband hiked ahead with our son who was climbing the trail, both with the skills of a mountain goat. We held one another at the plateau and watched the lava flowing away from us and down to the sea below. The following morning we enjoyed a meal of tomatoes and cheese as if it was a feast, exhilarated to have survived the adventure.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the funds to take a trip back to Stromboli with our now adult son and recreate the adventure of climbing up to view the volcano.
