He was 16 and I was 18. He tried talking to me at a party and my brothers wouldn’t allow him to come anywhere near me… lol I mean, he was 16, so it was a no go from the start lol. When we were 24 and 22, we dated for about a few months but our paths were not meant to stay together. We then lost each other for about 8 years. We found each other again and altered our entire lives to be together. We have been inseparable ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?In 2022 I became very ill with a brain condition. My children were at risk of losing me after already having lost their biological father. We took a trip to Oregon one week before I was scheduled for brain surgery. We hiked for 3-4 hours, to see this beautiful waterfall in Washington State, when we got to the end, there was a guy on a motorcycle who parked and removed his helmet. There was a road alongside the waterfall the entire time. And then we had to hike back another 3 hours to the car.
What would you do with $20,000?We would continue to build the Organization we have started called The H.A.V.E.N. Project. Health and Vitality by Embracing Nature. A cabin structure dedicated to bringing families from the city to enjoy homesteading life. This would allow us to finalize the cabin we need to begin the program.
