43 years married after meeting on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. Literally and figuratively love at first sight.

Our Story began in 1981after the 4th of July Holiday when a mutual friend, my future wife's co-worker set up a dinner for us to meet. This friend had been trying to set me up with other co-workers prior to this but they were not successful connections. I reluctantly agreed to meet anyway. When my future wife and I were introduced and met, we were literally speechless. which for both of us, was out of character. It was in every sense of the word for both of us, Love at first sight.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Gosh, there are so many memories over 43 years- our Wedding, our Kids Births, our trips together. I guess I would have to say, this season of our lives as we now have 3 grandchildren. This is full circle for us as we not only get to be grandpa and grandpa to them but also watch and be part of our kids and their spouses being parents. Many challenges and many laughs during all of it. So favorite memory- would have to be the birth of our Grandchildren.
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, I think we would have to go to Italy. We have always wanted to go mainly because my heritage is there but we've dreamt of exploring the Wine and Food and People of Northern Italy-Tuscany, Pisa in particular. My wife loves culture- I love Food and Wine. And our favorite thing to do together is explore together.
