We've been married for 47 years. We have been through so many ups and downs, but fought through them together. He is my rock 💕
We would like to thank you for supporting Glenn and Emma in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
It with a weekend trip for him, he walked threw the door at my cousin's house an I was swept off my feet, I told my aunt then, I was going to marry that man someday. Two months later, we got married, he lived a few hours away, we didn't want to be apart so we just did it, nothing fancy, we are very simple people. We knew we were in love, all we needed was each other, of course against our families approval. We moved to his hometown, and started our life together, and the story begins.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Now that's a hard one, after 47 years we have so many memories it's hard to name just one. The one that stands out the most is the time we spent going to a little petting zoo, we had the greatest time, we'd sneak in peanuts to feed the animals, going to any zoo has always been a good time for both of us. See we are very simple people.
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to be able to move closer to our son and his family. His kids are getting older and we are missing out on so much, we would like to be closer. With the cost of housing increasing we know we'd need more to live on, so that would help out considerably.
