I put an ad up on a dating site. Glen had lost his wife to cancer a year earlier. A friend of his talked him into putting up an ad. Glen, a crusty old log truck driver, msged me, I answered. We dated long distance for a year, then moved in together. We got married 4 years later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When we were dating, we went to the coast one day so Glen could meet my oldest son. It was a beautiful sunny day. We were standing on a gangplank that went down to a dock where fishing boats were moored. Glen later told me that my hair blowing in the wind and the sun reflecting off of it was when he fell in love with me.
What would you do with $20,000?Pay bills!!! Or, put a down payment on some property.
